Booking
When you order goods you must register as a customer.
We, of course, consumer law. This also applies to sales to foreign countries.
When ordering, you will get a confirmation that the order is received and a receipt by e-mail. You can monitor the status of your order if you sign up as a customer and logging.
Bearing
Availability will always be updated, but in a startup phase, we have many copies of each product type. It does not take long to get booked up again, but expect one to two weeks. But it may take longer with silk yarn from India. Please contact us if you want to order the yarn is not in stock. We will notify you if the unlikely will take longer than expected to get sent up the item.
Payment
We prefer that you use PayPal when paying, but it is also possible to pay on our account 2200 09 90513. Advance delivery time will be longer because we do not send out goods until payment has been registered on the account. Mark your payment with a down payment and your name and address and telephone. The product will be sent once payment is received.
VIP
Our best customers will get special offers.
We will also advertise special tibud on Facebook since the spring and on Twitter.
Of course we will also have offers that apply to all customers who are registered with us.
Switch
You may want to exchange goods. We ask you in this case, return the package and the item in same condition as you received it, and attach a pre-paid envelope that we can use when we send you new products. The postage must be after the Post's rates. We can also send you a bill for postage on mail that you pay via PayPal. Please contact us before returning goods to exchange.
Have you got the wrong item?
Please contact us right away! We correct the mistake at no cost to you.
Transport damage
You must report any shipping damage to us within 3 days of receipt of the item if the claims shall be applicable. Post will replace all the damage that they may be responsible. A formal complaint must be delivered by the Post Office damage, and original packaging must also be shown.

It might be good to remember that a good part of the yarn sold in the shop is hand spun and hand dyed and variation will occur. Remove any contact with us, so we find the issue
